Coconut Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

softened butter
3/4 cup
packed brown sugar
3/4 cup
white sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

eggs
1 1/4 cups
almond flour
1 cup
coconut flour
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 cup
chocolate chips
1/4 cup
shredded coconut
1/4 cup
rolled oats
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375°F and line pans.
STEP 2
Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs.
STEP 3
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt; combine with butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, and oats.
STEP 4
Scoop dough onto lined baking sheets.
STEP 5
Bake until browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
