oil-packed tuna

mayonnaise
2 stalks
celery

fish sauce

romaine lettuce
Instructions
STEP 1
Combine onion and vinegar for pickling.
STEP 2
Mix tuna and mayonnaise until smooth.
STEP 3
Add drained onion, celery, parsley, and fish sauce.
STEP 4
Mix and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
STEP 5
Spread tuna salad on bread, add lettuce, and close sandwiches. Serve immediately.
