STEP 1

Mix beef, stuffing mix, water, and eggs until blended. Shape into 50 meatballs; arrange on 2 foil-lined baking pans.
STEP 3
Bake until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, about 15 minutes.
STEP 4
Meanwhile, boil jelly and chili sauce in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
STEP 5
Add meatballs to sauce; stir to evenly coat.
