Chickpea & Potato Pancakes With Warm Veggie Salsa

chickpea flour

water

chopped vegetables

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.

Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

For the salsa, sauté chopped vegetables in a pan until soft and season with salt and pepper.
