fire-roasted diced tomatoes

tomato paste

Instructions
STEP 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot.
STEP 2
Cook chorizo until heated through, then transfer.
STEP 3
Brown ground chicken, season with spices.
STEP 4
Stir in chorizo, beans, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
STEP 5
Add beer, bring to a simmer, then add tomatoes and stock.
STEP 6
Simmer until heated through, then adjust salt to taste.
STEP 7
Cook on low for 30 minutes for flavor blending.
