Cooked chicken
5-6 tbsp
Greek yoghurt

Instructions
STEP 1
Blenderize spinach with water for puree.
STEP 2
Heat oil, toast cumin seeds and bay leaf.
STEP 3
Fry onions until golden, about 8-10 minutes.
STEP 4
Add garlic and ginger, fry for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5
Stir in tomatoes and salt; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
STEP 6
Add turmeric, chilli powder, and garam masala.
STEP 7
Mix in spinach puree; cook until heated.
STEP 8
Stir in chicken and yoghurt, then serve.
