Chicken Kebab Wrap
Ingredients
200g
Chicken breasts
1 tbsp
Olive oil
1/2 tsp
Cumin
1 clove
Garlic, grated
1
Lemon, juice
1/4 cube
Chicken stock
to taste
Salt
to taste
Pepper
1 handful
Mixed salad leaves
1
Tomato, sliced
1
Carrot, grated
1 sprig
Fresh mint (optional)

Flatbreads
4 tbsp
Hummus
to taste
Hot chilli sauce (optional)
Instructions
STEP 1
Pound chicken to flatten evenly.
STEP 2
Mix oil, cumin, garlic, and lemon juice; coat chicken.
STEP 3
Marinate chicken in the fridge for 10 minutes.
STEP 4
Mix salad ingredients and set aside.
STEP 5
Heat pan and cook chicken for 2 minutes each side.
STEP 6
Add chicken stock and cook for 5 more minutes.
STEP 7
Heat flatbreads and spread with hummus.
STEP 8
Slice chicken and assemble wraps with salad and sauces.
