Ingredients

Instructions
STEP 1
Combine chicken with citrus juices and seasonings.
STEP 2
Cover and marinate for 4 hours in fridge.
STEP 3
Heat oil to 300°F in a large pot.
STEP 4
Toss marinated chicken in seasoned flour.
STEP 5
Fry chicken until golden brown, about 5-10 minutes.
