Ingredients
3-4 tablespoons
ghee or oil
500 grams
chicken
1 tablespoon
ginger paste
1 tablespoon
garlic paste
3-4 medium
tomatoes

salt

crushed black pepper

green chillies

coriander leaves
Instructions
STEP 1
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of ghee or oil in a pan.,
STEP 2
Add the chicken and fry until cooked, then drain some oil from the pan.,
STEP 3
Add 1 tablespoon ginger paste and 1 tablespoon garlic paste to the chicken and cook.,
STEP 4
Add 3-4 medium tomatoes, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, and 1-2 green chillies.,
STEP 5
Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the chicken is well coated with the spices.,
STEP 6
Garnish with a handful of coriander leaves before serving.
