Instructions

Spread ricotta cheese on sourdough slices.

Halve the grape tomatoes and chop the parsley.

Mince the garlic and combine it with tomatoes, parsley, chili flakes, and balsamic glaze in a bowl.

Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the ricotta on the sourdough.

Bake the toasts for 8-10 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly charred.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan and walnuts.
