Cauliflower Pizza Crust

grated Parmesan

dried oregano

Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP 2
Break cauliflower into florets, pulse in food processor until fine. Steam in a steamer basket, then drain well.
STEP 3
In a bowl, mix cauliflower with mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and eggs. Spread into a pizza crust shape on the prepared baking sheet.
STEP 4
Bake for 20 minutes. Add desired toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
