ground round beef

bread crumbs
Instructions

Coat a 9x5-inch pan with cooking spray.

In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

Mix in half of the tomato sauce.

Add onions, bell peppers, salt, and spices.

Incorporate the ground beef and bread crumbs.

Transfer mixture to the pan and top with remaining tomato sauce.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
