Instructions

Cut potatoes into wedges and toss with oil, salt, and pepper.

Arrange potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.

Finely chop yellow onion and heat in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until softened.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, chicken stock concentrate, and cooked onion. Form into a loaf.

Place meatloaf in the oven for 30-35 minutes until fully cooked.

Mix ketchup, wasabi, and mayo in a small bowl for the sauce.
