Caramel Apple Desserts
Ingredients
2 cups
Apples (Granny Smith)
1 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup
Butter
1 cup
All-purpose Flour
1 cup
Caramel Sauce
1 tsp
Cinnamon

Salt
Instructions
STEP 1
Prepare the caramel by melting sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it turns amber.
STEP 2
Chop apples into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
STEP 3
In a bowl, mix together ingredients for pie crust until crumbly and press into the base of a baking dish.
STEP 4
Layer chopped apples evenly over the crust.
STEP 5
Drizzle caramel sauce over apple layer and toss to combine.
STEP 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
STEP 7
Let cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
