Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
STEP 2
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
STEP 3
Whisk egg white and water in a large bowl until frothy. Toss pecans in the egg white mixture to coat. Slowly pour in sugar mixture and stir until pecans are evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet.
STEP 4
Bake for 10 minutes, stir pecans, and rearrange into a single layer. Continue baking, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes, until evenly browned, about 30 to 50 minutes.
