Instructions
STEP 1
Pound chiles, garlic, and sugar. Add fish sauce, lime juice, and water.
STEP 2
Whisk together rice flour and cold water. Add scallion and turmeric.
STEP 3
Preheat oven to 200°F. Heat oil in skillet, add pork, shrimp, mushrooms, and onion. Cook until browned.
STEP 4
Stir rice flour mixture. Pour into skillet to coat bottom.
STEP 5
Cook until edges turn brown. Add bean sprouts and fold pancakes. Keep warm in oven. Repeat for remaining ingredients.
