Blackened Tilapia with Zucchini Noodles

zucchini

ground cumin
0.75 tsp
salt, divided
0.5 tsp
smoked paprika
0.5 tsp
pepper
0.25 tsp
garlic powder
4 fillets (6 oz each)
tilapia
2 tsp
olive oil
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1 cup
pico de gallo
Instructions

Mix cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, smoked paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of tilapia. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook tilapia until it flakes easily, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

In the same pan, cook zucchini with minced garlic over medium-high heat until slightly softened, about 1-2 minutes. Toss constantly. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Serve with tilapia and pico de gallo.
