frozen mixed berries

apple, cored and sliced
200 ml
semi-skimmed milk
150 g
fat-free natural yoghurt
25 g
porridge oats
10 g
flaked almonds
Instructions
STEP 1
Place the berries, apple, milk, yoghurt, oats and nuts in a blender and blend until smooth.
STEP 2
Add 75-100ml cold water gradually to achieve smooth consistency and blend again.
STEP 3
Pour into glasses and serve.
