ground ginger

ground dried chipotle
1 tbsp
red pepper flakes
1 tbsp
finely ground black pepper
2 tsp
liquid smoke flavoring
1 tsp
teriyaki sauce
1 tsp
hot pepper sauce

Instructions
STEP 1
Combine ketchup, blackberries, jelly, sugar, vinegar, syrup, tomato paste, limeade, cider vinegar, salt, bourbon, garlic powder, ginger, chipotle, red pepper, black pepper, liquid smoke, teriyaki sauce, and hot sauce in a large pot over medium-high heat; bring to a simmer.
STEP 2
Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 10 minutes. Add habanero peppers; continue to simmer until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes more. Remove and discard peppers.
STEP 3
Fill blender no more than halfway with sauce. Cover and hold down lid with a towel; pulse a few times before blending until smooth.
