Instructions

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

STEP 2

Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.

STEP 3

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

STEP 4

In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.

STEP 5

Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.

STEP 6

Gradually add the dry ingredients; mix well.

STEP 7

Fold in rainbow sprinkles.

STEP 8

Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing them apart.

STEP 9

Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.

STEP 10

Remove from oven and immediately press a hershey's kiss onto each cookie.

STEP 11

Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
