ground beef
1/2 cup
ketchup
2 tablespoons
brown sugar
1 teaspoon
mustard powder
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
STEP 2
Mix eggs, milk, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and sage in a bowl. Add ground beef; mix and press into pan.
STEP 3
Bake until cooked through, about 50 minutes. Temperature should reach 160°F.
STEP 4
Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a bowl. Spread over meatloaf and bake for 10 minutes.
