Ingredients

white sugar

baking powder
3 tablespoons
butter, softened
3 tablespoons
cocoa powder
1 tablespoon
honey
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1 cup
confectioners' sugar
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
STEP 2
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla.
STEP 3
Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread into pan.
STEP 4
Bake until top is dry and edges pull from sides, about 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
STEP 5
To make frosting: Combine softened butter, confectioners' sugar, cocoa, honey, and vanilla in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Frost brownies while warm.
