Beef Stroganoff with Ground Beef
Ingredients
2 tablespoons
butter
1 cup
sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup
chopped onion
1 pound
lean ground beef
2 tablespoons
all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon
ground paprika
1/4 teaspoon
ground black pepper
1 can (10.75 oz)
condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup
sour cream
1 tablespoon
liquid smoke
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
STEP 1
Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
STEP 2
Add mushrooms and onions; cook until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Add ground beef, cook until browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
STEP 4
Sprinkle with flour, garlic powder, seasoning salt, paprika, and pepper; mix well.
STEP 5
Stir in condensed soup, sour cream, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce.
STEP 6
Reduce heat; cook until sauce thickens, 5 to 7 minutes.
