Instructions
STEP 1
Heat skillet and cook guajillo chiles.
STEP 2
Toast cumin seeds and cloves in skillet.
STEP 3
Soak chiles in boiling water for an hour.
STEP 4
Blend all ingredients into a smooth paste.
STEP 5
Coat beef with the paste and marinate overnight.
STEP 6
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
STEP 7
Bake beef with bay leaves for about 6 hours.
