Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
STEP 2
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until smooth. Mix in eggs and mashed bananas. Combine with flour mixture until just blended. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
STEP 3
Bake for about 60 minutes until center is clean when pierced with a toothpick. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
