Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Instructions
STEP 1
Gather ingredients. Preheat oven to 400°F.
STEP 2
Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray.
STEP 3
In a saucepan, cook garlic over medium heat until soft.
STEP 4
Stir in balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, white wine, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
STEP 5
Arrange salmon on baking sheet, brush with glaze, and sprinkle with oregano.
STEP 6
Bake until flesh flakes easily, 10 to 14 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and serve.
