Baked Ziti
Ingredients

Ziti or Mostacioli
1 lb
Ricotta Cheese

Eggs
1/4 cup
Parsley
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Pepper

Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
STEP 1
Cook macaroni and drain; set aside.
STEP 2
In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
STEP 3
In a baking dish, layer tomato sauce, macaroni, ricotta cheese, and sauce.
STEP 4
Top with mozzarella cheese.
STEP 5
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes until sauce bubbles. Serve.
