Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Ingredients
3 tablespoons
Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons
butter
5 teaspoons
honey
1/2 cup
fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup
finely chopped pecans
3 teaspoons
chopped fresh parsley

fillets salmon
to taste
salt and pepper

Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix mustard, melted butter, and honey in a bowl.
STEP 2
In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, chopped pecans, and parsley.
STEP 3
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, place on greased baking sheet. Brush with mustard mixture and cover with bread crumb mixture.
STEP 4
Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness until salmon flakes with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
