Air-Fryer Chicken Wings
Ingredients
2 teaspoons
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
garlic salt
1 teaspoon
ground mustard
1 teaspoon
ginger
1 teaspoon
nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon
pepper
1/2 teaspoon
ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
12 whole (2-1/2 lbs)
chicken wings

Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat air fryer to 300°F.
STEP 2
In a bowl, mix all dry spices.
STEP 3
Separate wings into three parts.
STEP 4
Discard wing tips and coat wings with seasoning.
STEP 5
Lightly grease the air-fryer basket.
STEP 6
Air-fry in batches for 15 minutes, then increase temperature to 400°F.
STEP 7
Cook until golden brown and juices run clear, about 20-25 minutes.
STEP 8
Serve hot with sauce if desired.
