4-Ingredient Banana Bread

ripe spotted bananas
2 large
eggs
1/2 cup
dark brown sugar
2 cups
self-rising flour
Instructions
STEP 1
Gather all ingredients.
STEP 2
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
STEP 3
Mash 4 bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth. Add eggs and 1/2 cup brown sugar; stir.
STEP 4
Add flour to the mixture; stir until combined.
STEP 5
Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
STEP 6
Slice remaining banana in half lengthwise; lay over batter. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
STEP 7
Bake for 50-55 minutes until a pick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool for 15 minutes, then serve.
